Parking can be a little tight. Very helpful and friendly staff! Reasonable prices, never too long of a wait for trading in items.
Never been more disappointed as a buyer and seller, brought 3 huge boxes in, bought 70 pieces,(left with 3 full boxes) you paid out just barely over a $1 a piece, prices in the store are at the highest they have ever been. We will not be back. We avoided the store as we had a pretty bad experience right after the new owner had taken over, but I figure, maybe just give it one more shot. Brought in 6 full totes of clothes and they cherry picked less than 1/2 a tote that they wanted and sent the rest back. They refused designer jeans, Under Armor hoodies and sweatpants, Calvin Kline tops, etc. Not sure why they're so picky. I get that it's a business and they need to make money but was surprised at what they wouldn't take. Received $90 for barely-used clothes that cost over $700, some with tags still on. Probably won't go back.
Very nice people, nice second hand clothes are the best. Save $ and get clothing for kids here.
They take an entire day to go through one tote and don't accept a lot and barley give you anything for what you bring in.
