I’ve been shopping here for my son for over a year now and while the customer service has never been great, today it hit a new low. Not only was the manager on duty rude with his response when we inquired about a discount about an item with loose screws in it, but after the fact one of the other employees decided to make a snarky comment about my husband, a paying customer, asking a question. We don’t plan to be back for prices the same as brand new at Walmart and employees with bad customer service.
I generally have good experiences at this store but I tried to leave a survey and if you select anything other than a fine experience it will not let you submit the survey. I wasn't greeted when walking in and it was vaugely explained to how the selling process works nor why some of my items were not taken all of which was asked in the survey. So for my first time bringing a tote I had an ok selling experience.
Thank you for creating such a warm and welcoming space, and for the wonderful selection of kids' items. We truly appreciate all the kindness and hospitality you've shown us!
Don't sell your items here. You will end up waiting all day, just for them to tell you they only want 5 things. It's not worth driving all the way, carrying all the heavy totes in just to be turned away or to be offered 65 cents per item. They don't even look through the entire bin that you bring in. I can tell because they were still folded the way I brought them in. On the flip side, it is a great place to buy items.
