We have shopped OUAC-Jackson for my daughter for years and I’m a little sad she’s almost too old-grown out. Over the years, she has loved coming in to pick out outfits that are unique through the variety of used items. Staff has always been helpful and the store has always been organized, clean. I’m grateful we have a OUAC in Jackson for the amount of choices! Teach kids to shop used while promoting their individuality!
I tried donating clothes here before, but was informed that you must have a tote. So I bought a tote from Family Dollar, folded the items and brought them to the store. When I came to pickup, I noticed the tote was damaged. I informed the workers and was told "Oh, I didnt see it happen so there's nothing I can do. Sorry. " Huh?? Why am I losing out on money when trying to be helpful to my community. I have the receipt for the tote that shows I literally just bought it yesterday. strangely, lots of negative reviews for a place where you can go buy discounted gently used children's clothes! I really don't get it. The people here are pleasant and the store is completely full of clothes. Prices are good, the selection is great.... I didn't get the complaints!
