I love this store! I have brought and sold a lot of nice clothes. I like to bring my daughter's clothes, because they are in excellent condition.
Really the best one that I've been to and now as a grandmother, after having 5 children myself (shopped at once upon a child for the last three), I'm still finding great deals here!! Love the expanded size of this location. Much much better shopping experience. -Margo
Today while shopping the clearance sale, the assistant manager accosted me in front of the store and accused me of stealing. She said her employee saw me put cloths in my pants and under my shirt, and demand to see my pants, pockets and under my shirt. There was nothing in my fitted cloths, nor any where to even hide anything. I had done nothing wrong, nor even anything suspicious. She did this in front of the store, in front of other customers. A great selection of second hand stuff for kids. They have it all and for low prices! Close to the Cool Springs mall.
I dont care much for name brand stuff so that aspect doesn't bother me whether they have it or not. I personally like shopping here. I have always found what I needed in terms of clothes for my kids. I usually find a lot more things for sizes toddler and down. Not much options for older kids, even though they sell up to 12/14. I think the clothes are reasonably priced. Never have I been treated so poorly! I brought my daughters northface jacket in. It's in great shape, only won a few times. There was 1 small mark and the girl didn't even look at it, just told me to launder it and come back. I took it to the car and a baby wipe took it off!!!! Wow! I won't be back. Actually I will ONLY go to the Bolingbrook location after the way I was treated so rudely.
I was a new customer to this store today. Being new to the area I was excited to purchase much needed clothes for my six month old. I shopped in the 3-6 month section for boys, selecting a shirt, pants, shoes and one hat. I also bought a blue jean pair of overalls and a matching shirt and shoes. At your store in Southaven, MS #20728 today a member of your management team seems to think these shorts are appropriate for a children's store.They were pulled up way higher than what's shown in this picture. She also seems that it's appropriate to not follow said "policy" when it comes to checking IDs for debit card purchases with "every customer".
