Once Upon A Child is poorly run and too slow in processing items Dropped off a small tote of clothes (probably 25 items) on a Thursday morning at 11am, by 5pm they still had not found the time in their busy day to process. It wouldn't be such a problem if they didn't require you to come pick it up by the end of the day. I was once locked in their store after closing time while they finished processing their sales. Not a returning customer to Once upon a child My husband and I tried to go for store credit with a bunch of our childs clothes. The clothes were from Crazy 8, The childrens Place, Gap Kids, and Old Navy. These clothes were litterally 2 months old.Then there was old nasty rain boots, worn overalls, and a stained shirt that our neihbors tried to give us.... lets just say they took the donated clothes for $4.00 store credit....
