The worst attitude I have ever seen in my life! The whole staff is so unwelcoming and unprofessional like it’s a requirement to work there! And they want to buy valuable things for pennies! I would rather throw my stuff in the garbage than go to this place again!
I went into your Katy Texas location today and was not greeted kindly or welcomed. I had a box and a small bag of clothing and I was told I could only bring one box in. I’ve been selling with you for over a decade and it’s never been the case. I was treated horribly after I asked why customers weren’t notified by text or email. Took a tote in and was told it would be 5 - 10 mins since they had multiple buyers working; waited 35 mins and they didn't end up taking anything after the 2nd looked looked at more than 10items the first girl set aside. Ridiculous!!!!
