I was going to rate them in 2023 but I didn't. Today I remembered what they did to my file and thought I should just submit a review. I visited their office as i was referred by Rahleu and they delivered really bad experience. I sponsored my wife when I was studying and they never told be that there was a request for biometric. I used to visit their office twice a week after my classes from surrey and they always said no update on profile.
