Took my grandson’s bike there for a little TLC. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bike is good as new and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. The shop is out of my way but it was worth the trip!

Jared and the owner got me out of 2 major issues heading into 70.3 Louisville. I had an Allen screw frozen in my bike that I couldn’t get out. The race will be 95+. If we didn’t fix it, I would have little hydration. He took a MAJOR problem and fixed it within 5 minutes. He knew I needed for the race and helped me very quickly. Went to the local chain where i bought my bike and realized i should always come here first. These people just make it so easy. They listen to you first. Problems were solved and explained to me. I wouldn't take my bike anywhere else. If your ride is important to you this is where you come.
I had been going to another local cycling shop for bike repairs for years and always felt like I wasn’t wanted there. Then, out of necessity, I went to On Your Left Cycles and felt wanted. They made me feel like no question was too stupid. They didn’t upsell me. They told me things that I need for bike rides, like a repair kit. I would recommend them 10/10 times for your cycling needs.
