This has been my go-to LBS for a few years now. The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. It’s clear they’re not trying to sell you things you don’t need, but are ready to help when you are in need.
Took my grandson’s bike there for a little TLC. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bike is good as new and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. The shop is out of my way but it was worth the trip!

Jared and the owner got me out of 2 major issues heading into 70.3 Louisville. I had an Allen screw frozen in my bike that I couldn’t get out. The race will be 95+. If we didn’t fix it, I would have little hydration. He took a MAJOR problem and fixed it within 5 minutes. He knew I needed for the race and helped me very quickly. Then, the next morning, my disc brake was rubbing. I brought it back. He helped me get my bike in the store and again fixed it immediately.
