Would put no stars if I could, my sons bike had been there for 2months I was told last week yeah it will be fixed well phone you when it's done, we'll a week later it's still not fixed no phone call to say it wasnt fixed, was then told they can't get a the part for it so take it back, I'm better off going on Facebook market getting an old bike and using parts off that to fix my sons that is what I was told. I’ve only given this shop five stars because Google doesn’t allow me to give any more. We were staying at Gowerton in our motorhome & use a bike trailer for our elderly terrier. When I came to fit the trailer bracket to the bike, the QR skewer wouldn’t fit over it (it’s always only just fitted). I rang up OYB to confirm that they had a QR in stock & cycled I over. The proprietor was really helpful, letting me try the new QR with the bracket. When it wouldn’t fit, she sent her daughter into the workshop to find a selection of... read more
