I have been going to On Track Physio for many years. The staff here are very professional and client oriented. Walking into a clinic and demanding to see someone on a minutes notice is not done in any profession. Feeling entitled doesn't get you through any doors, and commenting on what someone looks like shows what kind of people are in this world.
I went in right at 9am… the open sign wasn’t even on. I had woke up with a pretty bad pain right in my clavicle and wanted to ask a physiotherapist to just palpate it to see if it warranted a possible 12 hr wait at emerg. The receptionist said “haha no they’re all pretty busy, they won’t just see you, have you tried 811?” I said no this is something I need to have psychically looked at. “Well have you tried Maple?” Again.. it’s something I need someone to physically feel”. I have had a persistent problem with my lower back which radiates into my leg. I have been to the doctor and also for 3 massages without relief. I booked an appointment for physio and after only one appointment with Anna I am finally experiencing an improvement in my condition. Anna diagnosed my condition confidently and the treatment plan she chose enabled me to bound out of bed this morning with waaaaay less pain than I have had in over a month (at least). This place is wonderful, I highly recommend it to anyone with pain, stress, or anxiety. I had the accupuncture, I was not expecting sciatica relief, but it really DID help alot!!
