We worked with Marie and Kristen to get loan pre-approval and final approval. The communication and efficiency was superb and allowed us to confidently make a house offer knowing that the finance was taken care of. I think a 3.5 hour turn around time for approval after contract signing must be some kind of record!! Or perhaps it's just how they do business every day.
