Excellent delivery. My Cabinets were handed off to Ontime for the final leg of the delivery. From the customer service who answered questions and gave me a ETA to the young man who delivered to my house all was A+. Thank you,
Worst customer service. Companies should not use them for their delivery service. They are very difficult to deal with and very rude. All they have to do is schedule a delivery and then actually deliver the item. This is not rocket science. But this company is incapable of doing either efficiently. I told the company who I bought my product from and uses them for delivery and they agreed. They are switching companies.
Honestly, great carrier to work with. They communicate earnestly, and tell you the details. Good, bad, or ugly. Its rare to find people that will tell you the truth and not jsut want you want to hear. But they also will help you plan your shipment so that it can execute properly. 5/5 will use again!
The female dispatcher in the office is the rudest person you will ever deal with. The shipments that come with them are constantly damaged and they are NEVER ON TIME. Absolutely disgusting service from a trucking company.
Antonio was excellent! So sweet and quick for lift gate delivery and helped us get our large shipment in with zero issues! Will use in the future!
