I was concerned about the reviews, too, but decided to have an open mind. CJ called 15-20 minutes from my house and arrived within that time. CJ and his team were courteous, professional, efficient, and provided a quality installation of a GE appliance suite in 1.5-2 hours. This was a Costco delivery and I would use them again. I gave them 5 stars on the Costco survey, too.
Initially concerned by previous reviews of On Time Services but they were AWESOME. Delivered a 48" GE Monogram built-in refrigerator. They did it ON TIME without ANY problems. Brought 4-wheel carts to manage crossing the hardwood floor and heavy cardboard to prevent scrapes and scratches! Hooked up the water line and tested. They were extremely professional and the delivery manager Courtney came out to help get the fridge off the truck and in the house safely.
