I've never had a problem until now.. Supposedly no one is ever available to take me to my appointments and this started last month. This will be my third time canceling on my doctor because of unreliable transportation and when my ride is canceled through this company it's always at the last minute. This has gotten out of hand, y'all need to do something. Hiring more reliable transporters or team up with lyft drivers. Maybe it's a underpaid issue idk but please do better for the people who also have important things to do in... read more
The driver in that black Nissan HORRIBLE! Dangerous! Very Dangerous. He is in the vehicle now off highway 64 in Tyler Texas!
