The drivers are very good but today the service is not on time. I'm sitting out front of Dr's office on Clint Moore Road Boca Raton and we stood up yet. There's no vehicle it was supposed to be out here waiting for us. Maybe soon.🤞

NOT on Time. Arrived at the doctor’s appointment very late, almost an hour - thank God they didn't refuse the appointment. It looks like this company doesn't know how to schedule times. Very frustrating. I wouldnt recommend. Ever!
2 months ago I used this service for my mom (86) - the driver was excellent- they were on time and all was well. I thought I would use them again, however the price jumped from 165 to 224 for a ride, even though the ride was 10 miles shorter. Bruno is not a friend of seniors, thankfully I was able to book a more favorable cost for an 8 mile ride.
OMG. OMG, OMG... I cannot begin to tell anyone who will listen how wonderful this team is. I hired them to move my mom from rehab to home initially by wheelchair. Unfortunately the day before they were supposed to pick her up she twisted her knee and I had to call them at the last minute to have her transferred by stretcher. They were on time, they were creative in getting her in the house because we have a difficult Pathway to her room. But they got it done! Bruno even came with a young woman to help.
