I used this company for the first time last week because I needed to get my dad on a stretcher to an ER 1.5 hours away from his home that same day. They were responsive and there within an hour. Bruno is the most heartless man I’ve ever meant. I was in a terrible situation at the hospital and needed to get my mother transported from JFK to Bethesda west. My mom always uses him and has spent lost of money with his service . We AMA her out of the hospital and god her ready as he said he would be there at 3 . She could barely walk and is in a wheelchair. They came at 4:45 and were rushing us .
