This place doesn’t let you catch up when you’re behind and having financial issues. They took my car while I was at work, how embarrassing that was. I see all the bad reviews here, so I guess I’m not the only one. Even though I was doing well paying on time, like everyone else, I ended up going through financial hardship. They don’t care about no one, stay away from them!
Pesimo servicio!! No tenemos ni 1 año con el carro en financiamiento y el carro no sirve!!!! Trate de financiarlo y agarrar otro carro y me negaron cualquier asistencia y para poder cambiar tengo que liquidar el carro y volver a dar otro down payment!! Pesimo servicio y 0 compresibles!! Si tu tarjeta por algún motivo No pasa te remolcan tu carro al siguiente dia! No lo recomiendo!!!!

This place is absolutely horrible. I had a car financed through them for over a year, never missed a payment, the one time I was a few weeks(Not even a month) late on my payment, they came and STOLE the car back. Then had the nerve, still within that month, to notify me saying I could get my car back if I payed that months and the next month's(which wasn't due yet) within a few days.
