This place is absolutely horrible. I had a car financed through them for over a year, never missed a payment, the one time I was a few weeks(Not even a month) late on my payment, they came and STOLE the car back. Then had the nerve, still within that month, to notify me saying I could get my car back if I payed that months and the next month's(which wasn't due yet) within a few days. The first person I had talked to when I explained what happened she was very understandable. Today I talked to someone and he was very rude. I told him what I told her explain I have my money coming just because of mix scheduling it was gonna be later and he was still just being rude for no reason when I was just trying to have a discussion.
They are so incredibly rude. I got laid off from my job and told them I’m waiting on a check that unfortunately arrived 20 days after my car payment was due. They did not care what so ever. No empathy, not willing to work with me. They ended up repossessing my car when I was only 20 days behind AND I explained my situation but they did not care. Frank I hope you see this. You are a terrible human. And stop breathing so damn heavy on the phone. You sound unhealthy.
