Customer service is the number one priority here as I can’t say enough good things about this bike shop! They want you to be happy with your bike and are knowledgeable and patient in helping you find it. Great inventory and the owner is very chill and friendly. No high pressure to buy. Highly recommend this place for buying, trading or getting maintenance done on your bike.
Gil saves the day. I have a Swytch conversion Ebike kit. Currently, I can't get accessories from their company (in England). My monitor broke, and Gil took the time to send a Swytch monitor to me by mail. I now have a working monitor and electric power back for my upcoming trip. I appreciate the communication and the effort he took to obtain the necessary accessory.
Worst customer service of all time do not believe a single word of the 5 star reviews question anything you get reamed out and to top it off the guy has complete anger issues needs to fix his attitude towards customers not to even mention they are completely overpriced compared to everywhere close the place is an absolute joke go to cars bike shop in moundsview if you want fair price and good customer service the place needs to be looked into for the way they treat people

Great place to take your bike. They did a tune up on mine and got it ready in a reasonable time. They are also fair on their prices.
