Was able to take a decrepit bike I had to donate and find a new home. They had very knowledgeable staff who tried to find me the closest bike shop to me when I called. Ended up going to them as they were the closest, got a very reasonably priced bike, and they took the time to explain all my questions and answered some I didn’t know I had. Wonderful establishment.
My husband and I both got a bike from On Time Bike Shop. For reference, we are very casual bikers, around the blocks a few time type people. These were bought for exercise and running errands in the area. They were super helpful, very hands on, while also being no pressure. They gave advice on gears, seats, explained leg placement of the different bikes out these days, and let us test out 6 different ones in the parking lot. Great bike shop.
Great local bike shop! I got a great deal on a used bike for my kid. Much better than buying off C'list or private party because the bikes are gone over by the shop so they're ready to ride.
Customer service is the number one priority here as I can’t say enough good things about this bike shop! They want you to be happy with your bike and are knowledgeable and patient in helping you find it. Great inventory and the owner is very chill and friendly. No high pressure to buy. Highly recommend this place for buying, trading or getting maintenance done on your bike.
