Terrible! Broke so many items and refuse to discuss it despite multiple messages. Do not use them. They moved me from Franklin TN to a storage unit. They stacked boxes marked FRAGILE beneath heavy items and multiple boxes were crushed. It was clear they didn't care at all and perhaps even willfully destructive due to the lack of common sense shown. They refuse to speak to me and offer any sort of compensation.
On the Move was awesome! Jay’s crew took care of us.

This is my SECOND time using On the Move. The first move was local and the second was an interstate move. I requested (in advance) the same crew that moved me the first time (Cody and Dawson). I also requested two drop offs on the way to the final destination. The owner Don, (who is amazing) came out in advance, he provided a quote, which had a detailed inventory list of all items to be moved plus an itemized list of packing materials.
