The owner did a great job of selling me on his services, that turned out to be a snow job. His crew made a mess of the boxes I prepared for shipment as there were several that arrived falling apart and/or smashed from improper storage during transport. When I filed a claim for missing art I was paid for the item by the pound - a ridiculous notion, but I did not opt for the additional coverage due to the snow job the owner gave me. Terrible! Broke so many items and refuse to discuss it despite multiple messages. Do not use them. They moved me from Franklin TN to a storage unit. They stacked boxes marked FRAGILE beneath heavy items and multiple boxes were crushed. It was clear they didn't care at all and perhaps even willfully destructive due to the lack of common sense shown. They refuse to speak to me and offer any sort of compensation. Terrible company. They have lost their good people. I called three times just trying to get a quote only to be told they won’t provide me a quote because I was using U-Pack trailer.. which is a nationwide company that has been around for decades. Never called to explain that to me… I had to call them. Just very weak customer service. I wouldn’t trust them with my move if they offered to do it for free. Beware!
I was helped by Jake, Ethan, and Christian and they were amazing! Immediately got to work, professional, took extreme consideration when moving, and worked swiftly finishing quicker than expected. Would recommend On the Move and these guys to anyone needing to move houses or just a bunch of stuff around your house.
My dad's move has been so stressful for him, so we decided to hire movers to ease the load. We had Christian, Ethan, and Adrian for half a day and we didn't lift a finger. They were gentle with our belongings, courteous to our home, and professional with us! We will be using them again in the next few months when we move again. 5 stars!
