Everything about using “On The Move” movers and storage was super, especially their communication with me. We stored at their facility for 6 years, and when we were ready to move, they were on time, professional, and moved our things in a timely manner. They took great care of our belongings. Thank you to all the staff involved. A+ service and communication.
The 4 men were courteous and energetic and kind-hearted. They had a good attitude after a problem occurred, and I was thankful for their perseverance,
DO NOT RECOMMEND! Every box labeled Fragile treated terrible, stacked and smashed, loads of broken glasses which I cut myself on unwrapoing from all the bubble wrap I did thinking for sure this would be fine so long as not tossed like garbage, broken vases, heirloom pieces, a statue replica from a movie gifted to me. Will be seeking a refund for the move and compensation for my items and the distress of lost of priceless items. Trucker Delivery went smoothly quickly everyone was cool
Broke my belongings! Smashed my boxes labeled Fragile in multiples places with red stickers all over the box, breaking my vases, glassware, a Grandmother's heirloom piece. The items were all bubble wrapped and taped up and labeled with multitudes of Fragile stickers on all sides of the box so would be fine if handled to any degree of decency. Broke my Coca-Cola glasses, a gift, I have had for 26 years and survived several other moves, even across the country twice! But these guys can't manage to load a truck and a 2 hour dri... read more
