I do not recommend this company. The owner, Nikky, provided me with a quote, but on the day of the move the mover arrived, loaded my items, and then presented me with an invoice with no price listed, asking me to sign it. When I questioned why there was no total, I was told they were charging $85 more than the quoted amount. I never signed or authorized this increased charge, nor was I ever sent an invoice beforehand. We just had Brendan, Austin and James from On The Move Movers pack, move, then unpack and place large items in our new place. So impressed with this company! They packed all our things in a quick and efficient way. They asked questions about our need and concerns throughout the move. Unlike other moving companies we’ve hired, these people took charge of our move in a masterful way, which gave us the chance to relax - we left everything to them. Poor attitudes. The movers were bad mouthing my loaders. They also are refusing to provide me a receipt. Im almost certain its because they up charged me and they dont want me to see it. I believe the had sub contractor movers to help us, as the payment went into a personal account, not to be represented by the actual company. I requested a itemized receipt multiple times and they said they would. Been crickets ever since. Would not recommend.
