I had the same experience as Meleanie. They called the day before my wedding and said the party bus was in the shop. I asked if we were getting something of equivalent size. They said it was bigger. The next day a large red charter bus showed up at my house to pick me up. This is the very same red charter bus that sits with a 'for sale' sign on Hill Rd at this time. Don't use this limo service. They wait till the last minute to call and tell you they are not able to accomodate you because the limo is in the shop (2 hours before my bachelorette party). They call and say they have something for you but it is a bus, not a party bus, but a charter bus. I asked if there was going to be a problem for my wedding at this time and he assured me there would be no problem.
