Spoke with Haley this morning about my account being frozen over the weekend and she was extremely short with me, rude and condescending. Not something I feel I should have to put up with, especially having been a client at this bank for 22 years.
I recently purchased a vehicle and the loan process with On the Grid Financial was seamless. It began with the pre approval process. I answered a few questions and within minutes I was approved. Derrick, the loan officer, addressed all of my questions and concerns. He was very patient with me as I had not purchased a new vehicle in several years.
