We haven’t moved in 29 years, so we were out of practice. Natalie and Olivia helped make our move so much more manageable than we’d imagined. We chose On the Go Relocation Services because we did several video walkthroughs with them, before and during the estimation and moving process. Stay away. Perhaps the WORST and least honest moving company on the face of the earth. Natalie was our agent. Set up the deal to bring six pieces of furniture from FL to GA, Rarely returns calls. We were set to move on a Saturday. Called them to confirm on Wednesday. New forms too fill out that were no in the original contract. Did them. Called again on Thursday to confirm. I try hard to not leave bad reviews but wow this company is awful. Took 3 weeks to receive our stuff, this is within the legal window so that is not the issue. The issue is that they broke a $500 monitor and when I called they said they can pay 60 cents per pound. What a ludicrous way to insure a product, by weight...If our cat tree broke we would get more money than a monitor. They were careful in packing, moving, and unloading. They made sure that nothing got damaged and worked tirelessly all day. I checked out several movers before deciding which to use – some were a lot more expensive and a few that were all the less expensive cost of this company. I am glad I went with them, no problems.

Do Not Use This Company. It was the worst, most frustrating experience ever. The customer service representative was extremely rude, did not answer calls, and yelled when I questioned her. For five consecutive days she said the driver would call when he was 1 hour away. They never called or showed for 5 days. They delivered on the sixth day. It was a huge waste of time.
