John is very responsive and easy to communicate with and which makes the entire process so chill. Moving is very stressful and i did cost comparison with Pods and other companies, On the Go’s price is the most affordable one. I would highly recommend On the Go to anyone who is moving etc.
On The Go has been very accommodating with timely access to storage pods onsite and pick up of pods offsite. Their indoor storage facility is kept very clean and tidy.
Highly Reccomend! It was SO easy dealing with them. I called around to a lot of different moving companies and I went with them because they were the easiest to deal with(next day drop off, same day pickup etc). Their fees are also super reasonable and very nice drivers. 10/10!!
Customer service from Ben was amazing even so far as responding to an Urgent request from his home after hours. In spite of several date and time changes their response was considerate and helpful. Their move assist team worked quickly and professionally. Highly recommend this company.
