On the Go Moving and Portable Storage made moving a better experience due to their personable and helpful customer service. Every staff member went above and beyond by being friendly and accommodating. Driver Shawn had the delivery & pick up processes down to a science while being very professional. POD was delivered on Move in day and picked up later same day. Would highly recommend On the Go Moving and Portable Storage for any move. Great work, much appreciated!!
**AVOID THIS MICE INFESTED COMPANY** We used On The Go portable storage Edmonton (14715-114 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5M 2Y8) and our 8x20ft Container was delivered full of MICE!!! We used them to store our furniture and the mice damaged our belongings by pooping/pee ing and chewing inside our bed mattresses/treadmill/tv units/totes/personal belongings!! Really disappointed they require you need to give personal information just to create the quote and then they have to email it to you and then they want to go over it. It shouldn’t take 10 minutes to get an estimate. just make it easy tell me the price for delivery, pickup and your monthly rate.
If I could give this company a higher rating I definitely would. Awesome customer service from John who explained everything to me before we moved forward with the rental. The two amazing drivers Sean and Wes thank you for making things easier and the communication was appreciated. On The Go were accommodating on short notice and made things a breeze. Thank you On The Go for being an amazing business!!! The rates are very reasonable, I would recommend this company 100%.
