Really disappointed they require you need to give personal information just to create the quote and then they have to email it to you and then they want to go over it. It shouldn’t take 10 minutes to get an estimate. just make it easy tell me the price for delivery, pickup and your monthly rate.
If I could give this company a higher rating I definitely would. Awesome customer service from John who explained everything to me before we moved forward with the rental. The two amazing drivers Sean and Wes thank you for making things easier and the communication was appreciated. On The Go were accommodating on short notice and made things a breeze. Thank you On The Go for being an amazing business!!! The rates are very reasonable, I would recommend this company 100%.
We used the portable storage for 4 months while the basement was being fixed. The discount promotion was good. The guys that answered the phone were very friendly and able to explain everything to me before we made the decision. It was delivered within a day of ordering it. The drivers were great, especially Blair was so nice, friendly, informative and professional. He had that loaded so fast! Definitely recommend this company for any storage needs.
