Getting the Pod delivered and set up went smoothly. The Edmonton branch was impossible to get a hold of. I had emptied the pod, and I was returning the pod the day after my card was charged for the entire month. When I was finally able to speak to staff, they assured me that my card would be refunded bc it was less than 10days. That never happened, and I could not get contact with anyone. Very poor customer service, and stressful. Overall felt sketchy.

The best customer service I have ever had any where. The staff are kind compassionate people who are diligent in their service. The unit I rented for it's size I couldn't have found a better price and I tried. I would definitely recommend them to my friends! And it's because this company offers a great deal and great customer service! Great Job to John and all the other staff there I appreciate the service you guys provide.
Outstanding service from the initial inquiry to delivery and pick up. They found the most cost effective solution for me. The delivery man was very skilful and thorough in that he made certain the pod was balanced and oriented best for our needs. They were timely with all aspects of this move and our goods were transported without incident. The rate was very reasonable and all members get a 10 star review. I was not aware they also had UHaul vehicles available but will know for next time. !
John and the team at On the Go were fabulous to work with! We recently moved into our home after renovating and the moving crew and contractors remarked that the interior of the crate was so dry and clean - the best they’d ever seen after being stored for over a year! All of our items were returned to us as they left and the climate controlled storage was a perfect solution for our wood furniture to ensure that it lasts for years to come. Thank you!
