Chris was phenomenal. He communicated the whole time, delivered the furniture when he said he would, and is very friendly. When I realized I needed a second nightstand, he arranged for me to come by and get it. Finally I managed to break one of my pieces of furniture, not due to any fault of the furniture but because I'm heavy and I sat on it in a way that it was not meant to be sat on (along with the floor being incredibly slippery linoleum).
