Barbara is the best. We've been going to her for years. Never had an issue.
Called looking for a new tax prep services, received a terse "not taking new clients".
I am still in shock I just got home from picking up my Income Tax from Barbara, two years ago she charged me $75.00 and today with the very same information of two years ago with the exception of one added saving account she charged me $425.00.
My mother passed away last year and hadn't done her taxes in three years. Barbara was amazing and made this process easy and hassle-free. She did my mom's taxes and returned them to me very quickly. I can't thank her enough!
I have been going to On The Coast tax services for many years. Barbara is an amazing wonderful woman who is helpful and kind. I tend to get very anxious about money and taxes and she always puts me at ease much like a therapist might. I wholly recommend her to anyone who needs their taxes done. She does them quickly and efficiently and is a very calm gentle person.
