Amazing
food quality been going downhill last 5 years. Frozen pre-cooked burger patties, frozen pre-cooked fajitas, frozen pre-cooked steaks....the list goes on. Plus bad attitudes of servers, indifferent store mgmt, shrinking portion sizes and greedy pricing. The end of OTB was predictable and inevitable. Very sad.
We tried to tell you that the Pappsitos warm salsa & thin chips were horrible. Went one time after yall bought out OTB, and it was terrible. Definitely won’t ever go to a Pappasitos restaurant if that’s the quality of food that you serve. Anyone have the real OTB salsa recipe? I was a loyal customer since 1996 at the Arlington location. Loved the food and atmosphere. #RIP 🇲🇽🌮🌯💚🤍💔
Although the food was good it was close to my 65 Birthday. After waiting a while for my desert the cook came out with an attitude I guess because my desert was stolen near where the employees place the meal. He was sure I (being disabled) ran over and had stolen the dessert and then ate it while demanding another one.
