We were really hoping for meaningful support from occupational therapy, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. We spent a lot of time during intake explaining our situation in detail, including the challenges of managing twins and our specific concerns. I found this centre on my own after a neonatologist suggested my infant see a physiotherapist, and I know I made the right choice! Staff are all so great with kids of all ages, facilities are clean and cheerful. When our paediatrician asked where we were going, she told me unprompted it’s known as a great program! We are continuing to see Nadine and she’s been essential to helping my baby make progress.
Kristi is amazing with my infant son—kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She makes every session comfortable and effective, and we’ve seen great progress. Highly recommend!
