We’ve always had a great experience with the On the Ball team in Kanata. It’s one of my child’s favourite places to visit. Thanks so much to Amanda, Emily, Kristi and the rest of the team also!
My daughter sees Jordan for physio and my son sees Emily for Ot and they have both been amazing. Front desk staff are great.
We’ve had a wonderful experience with Mariam who is helping us with our son’s core strength. We came in because he has been dealing with chronic constipation for a very long time and she did the assessment and has been working with us for over a month now. She is so wonderful with kids, is patient when I have to bring my younger son along for the appointments, and although we have a long way to go as far as “solving” his constipation issues but I do think the sessions have been helping with his core strength. Liane was so patient with my son, took the time to explain to me and him all the little details we needed. She made sure to add play in with the "work". Front admin staff, patient, smiley and never make you feel rushed! We are thankful for the whole place.
