i have been seeing Phil for massage for years now. Phil is always professional. He wants to know how you are feeling and if there is anything he should focus on. He has a great deal of knowledge of the body and can provide helpful stretches, exercises, etc. I love that he will incorporate stretching in before or after the massage.
