i have been seeing Phil for massage for years now. Phil is always professional. He wants to know how you are feeling and if there is anything he should focus on. He has a great deal of knowledge of the body and can provide helpful stretches, exercises, etc. I love that he will incorporate stretching in before or after the massage. He often does have something new he learned that he will incorporate. I highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have been coming to Phil for functional/sports massage for several years and I continue to be impressed. He is professional, does a thorough assessment including seeing how I'm standing/walking, and I always leave much improved. I participate in various activities that have caused shoulder, knee, foot, and back issues and he has been able to address all of these.
