First - great experience with the actual tow driver. Very friendly and helpful. Edit: I've put my review to 5 star. I don't know if my items were stolen at the depot of On Star Towing or the body shop, but On Star Towing made things right and compensated me for items stolen.
As to the response from your company; Your driver was in our parking lot, where our staff parks. He was in the way and didnt want to move. He is not to be parked in the middle of our parking lot. This had nothing to do with what you are trying to say. He was at our dealership dropping a vehicle off for service. Understand that your drivers need to be more respectful to our staff!
