I had an appointment on the 8, 11 - 2 time frame, and I was to receive a call when the installer was on his way. He arrived an hour late no phone call. After he left I found that I was receiving worse reception and fewer channels, I had replaced an old, inexpensive, and broken antenna. I called and another appointment was set to remedy the problem.
