Great group of people to work with. They made the process as simple as possible
Started great the 2nd week Jan. Plan was to buy my Ex out and off the title of a house we couldn't sell and I wanted to keep. Was told I could refi without decree amendment! Had to amend the decree 3 months in. Was told to take my wife off the loan after 4 months to make things speed up and since this is a community property state your money is her money.
