Ashley is the best!! I've had a wonderful experience with her helping me recover from a car accident. Every visit she helps alleviate my pain and shows me exercises to make help strengthen muscles to decrease the pain. She is very attentive and spends the time to make sure I'm doing the exercises correctly. I always leave feeling better and stronger. She is also super positive and a joy to be around. Im so happy I found this office and I highly recommend Ashley for physical therapy.
My daughter got injured while performing her solo in May 2023 which resulted in two labral tears of her hips and a tear on her left hamstring. We tried physical therapy through our insurance with a PT who was good, however not knowledgeable with how dance works. It left my daughter feeling hopeless and in constant pain. My daughter had a wonderful experience at On Pointe. She had been enduring an injury for about 1.5 years and was exhausted by all of the attempts to help her. I've only just started a couple weeks ago and I already love it here! I've been working with Dr. Jenna Leower. You can tell she cares about her work and her patients. My ankle wasn't working right and was holding me back when I would dance. Now I'm getting multiple complements on it in class.
Jenna was a lifesaver! My daughter suffered with pain for months and at our first appointment M did a plie with no pain for the first time in months. Her body work with Jenna was transformational! I highly recommend Jenna and her team for dancers who want to ensure they can dance for years to come!!
