They have had my taxes for almost 2 months and not a single update. I called and was informed that they haven’t looked at them except to file an extension. When asked for a timeline they said don’t call us we will call you. It will have to be some amazing number crunching to make me a return customer. I don’t understand places like this take in so many more than they can do in a reasonable time.
They are new to property management and receive monthly payments.
