I was referred to Paul by my physio, and I can't recommend him highly enough. I have experienced long term muscle pain, plantar fasciitis and headaches, and have experienced such relief after treatments (massage, dry needling and cupping). Paul makes you feel comfortable and safe during the treatments and is so easy to talk with about how your body is feeling throughout.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but Paul is the best Remedial Massage Therapist I’ve been to. I have only seen Paul three times, and already he has helped resolve my stiff neck and greatly improved the pain and limited movement in my hip. He’s highly skilled at identifying and targeting problem areas, using a combination of dry needling, cupping, and massage to treat them. Paul also has a gentle, calming presence that immediately puts you at ease. I highly recommend him.
I was visiting friends in Dural and struggling with neck and shoulder pain. Paul was able to fit me in at short notice. He is a very skilled, very personable massage therapist. After a very thorough remedial massage, dry needling and some cupping, all my neck and should pain was gone. Highly recommend Paul.
