First time visiting, but will certainly not be my last. In my session, Dave took time to understand what my issues were. Through his methodologies he uncovered areas I didn’t know needed additional focus. What was already a comprehensive sports massage resulted in a deep tissue therapy experience leaving me so relaxed, I wondered how I would drive home. His techniques targeted specific pain areas of my muscles and resulted in a significant reduction of tension and back pain. Highly recommend Dave to anyone. Thank you.
