Her office was closed when I showed up for my notary appointment. I waited 20 mins outside. The phone number and email she provided in the invoice was not active. Update: she replied back and said that the office is permanently closed but there was a mistake with the website and it was still taking appointments. She said she will refund me the money but never did. I had to dispute the charge with my bank.

Very unprofessional notary. She cancelled 5 minutes before the appointment while my elderly mother was waiting. My title agency had to scramble to locate another mobile notary who was able to come, 4 hours later. This notary, Tereasita Ransom is incredibly disrespectful of other people's time. Time was of the essence and she was a nightmare.

My experience with this business was great took maybe 5 minutes with no wait time. Very clean and well kept building, would absolutely recommend for anyone who needs something notarized!
