When I was diagnosed with celiac’s disease I went to Carol to help me with nutrition. She was wonderful. Very knowledgeable educated and a great resource I can count on her anytime. Carol has been a wonderful asset in my recovery. I would highly recommend her for any nutritional or dietary issues that you have!
