Just filed my Federal and State (WI) taxes with OLT. I've been filing online since 2003 -with various other services- but OLT was by far the simplest I've ever done! And it was truly FREE! Easy to navigate, help windows were close by...won't say I "loved it," because this is tax filing, after all; but it was the least stressful ever!
I had been using another company, but their income limits for free filing excluded me this year. OLT was straight forward and very complete. I liked that I was able to try a credit vs a deduction for some education stuff and see how that effected my return.
Been using this company for years. My taxes are a bit more complicated than the average person and it works just fine, very self explanatory and easy to use.
