Twice I tried to order a hat that is on their website and both times they took well over 2 weeks to process then ship the order to either myself or my recipient. I live just down the street and it took 2 1/2 weeks to receive the hat. The second time, I sent the hat to Colorado, and after 2 1/2 weeks, I emailed and asked for an update. The very next day, I received a message stating my order was canceled at my request!!!! I am very upset since I just asked for an update and my recipient was still waiting to receive the hat. Took 2 jerseys to get embroidered and they put the numbers way too low and ruined the jersey. Pretty much told me too bad they can’t do anything about it. Save your self the time and money. They don’t know what they are doing in there.
