STAY FAR AWAY! Used this company since 2022 maybe. Longer than I should have. Bookkeeping and payroll. Let’s talk about payroll since that’s the one that cost me the most money. They stopped taking my employees medical pretax deductions for one pay period due to an extra payroll and never turned them back on. Cost me $1000s. They’re response, we can just deduct it from your employees over time. 🤦♂️. I ate it. They also stopped making some benefit deposits and cost me more. Worst experience ever.
