The place is cool, visited many times. But they rather kept the rent high for shops then try to filling the empty lots especially top floor (restaurant part etc).Don't be too greedy lol. Fill up the empty lots and attract more ppl. You will gain alot EDIT: More shops already closed only left DIY and Carpet shop. Please learn like econsave kluang.
