Kecewa sikap pengawal keselamatan di AEON..
One Staff ,she is very rude to me..she treats me very bad..she dint even care to answer me...gotta worst experience
Do something about your security. Your access is at escalator but your sensor gate is not functioning? Your security guard rudely call me out and ask me to show him what I purchased. Next thing he didn't check my items only look at my receipt and ask me how many items?? I'm purchasing more than 20 items and I need to know exactly how many I purchased? So disturbing and uncomfortable to not even cover their gaze... read more
Aeon big sneakily tries to cheat consumers with varying prices at checkout counter vs on display prices. Russet potato display MYR 6.5 per kg. I weighed it to be exactly 1kg. Took to counter and got charged MYR 7.5. Complained and got my refund. Got back myr 1. See proof.
