If your supermarket policy is to have SECURITY GUARDS & AEON STAFF to be rude to your customers and hate pets so much, perhaps you should not be operating in Jaya One. On 21 Jan 2026, today at around 820 pm, I did my grocery with my female friend at AEON supermarket and had a great time shopping at AEON. However, upon checking out at the cashier , a Malay guy with moustache in Navy blue uniform acting like a security officer kept ogling at my wife and caused a lot of discomfort to us. Went to Aeon BiG Jaya One store last night, tried to use some Aeon BiG Gift Cards (the Orange card RM 50 each).. Was told by a lady cashier that it could not be used now.. like.. What?? The barcode was there, the card number was there.. Will be making my purchases at another store instead.. you just lost my business! WILL NOT be using anymore credit card points redemption for the AEON BiG card in the future!
