Very unprofessional she had her kids in the van. They were yelling about being hungry. I paid her a deposit in advance for a group to be taken to different locations. Soon as We got to where we were going she asked me for more money and the ride wasn’t over yet. She still was scheduled to take us more places. If I could it would be Zero stars!

Shaneta, was just amazing. On time even though I gave her the wrong location at the airport. She came to the rescue, Priceline dropped the ball when my reservation was not honored at the airport, they where all out of rentals unless you booked directly with them. Being that we where also very hungry Shaneta offered to take us to a drive though if we wanted. A very nice gesture! Highly recommend Shaneta for all your transportation needs!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

No way I would recommend this unprofessional so called company, they do not deserve the one star. Sent the text confirming our pick up time and location, as they requested for our trip to Ruoff Music Center. We never heard back, our pick up time came and went. Called and texted several times, figured they got stuck in traffic. No issues with that, traffic is obviously out of their control, but to ignore a customer that you made a commitment to is not acceptable. A simple text or call so we could have made other arrangements ... read more
