I’m frustrated with the customer service. I’ve called a couple of times and have yet to receive a callback. While I find the packages to be expensive, I don’t mind paying for quality. However, I would appreciate it if they could return my calls so I can discuss editing some pictures where my daughter’s hair is in her face, making it difficult to appreciate her eyes. It’s disappointing to chase down a business, especially when their prices are high; I expect better communication in return.
Mandy is the best in the industry! She and her team have handled all of our business photography for year. From headshots to website photography she has delivered the highest level of customer service and production while having the fastest turnaround I’ve ever experienced. On 3 is top notch, highly recommended !!
