Do not buy the Omron Silver BP monitor. It is not designed for humans to hold, pick up off the counter, or move it, or push non existent flat buttons which some rocket scientist thought would be clever making them integrated with the surface plate. It resembles an oversized wedge of cheese. What kind of money designed this one? I feel like smashing it over his / her / it's head. Oh I just saw the problem. Made in the United States of Vietnam

I got grossly inaccurate blood pressure readings, confirmed by my doctor. I then spoke to 3 different Omron customer care reps and got 3 different stories on what to do. Finally I threw the unit in the dumpster where is belongs.
02/13/2022. I do not recommend this product. I purchased this product 7 months ago, and have a horrible time getting it to connect via blue tooth. The company advertises that they have 24/7 tech support, but as far as I am concerned that is a lie. I called tech support on Sunday afternoon and was told they are closed and I was talking to an answering service. I found a different phone number on the card that came with the unit. Omron has the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with in the past year. The reps either tell you it cannot be fixed, or if you are really lucky, they will have a supervisor call you back and tell you it will be corrected but it never is.
