I had an amazing experience at this spa. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and very relaxing from the moment I arrived. The staff were professional, kind, and truly attentive to every detail. A special thank you to Madam Siwar for her exceptional care, kindness, and professionalism she made the experience even more enjoyable and comfortable Highly recommended and I will definitely be coming back❤️❤️❤️

My friend and I were really looking forward to our visit to Omni Wellness for their 90-minute thermal experience, but unfortunately we left feeling quite disappointed. We had booked our session in advance from 3:00–4:30 PM. Upon arrival, the atmosphere felt rushed from the start, which isn’t ideal for a service that’s meant to be relaxing. This place is a haven!!! It’s exactly what Ottawa needed. I went with a friend for a woman’s only experience & it was amazing! So relaxing, such a gorgeous interior & everyone was so friendly! We also tried the cafe as well, their açai bowls are to die for! They also have a really nice salon, as well as cozy massage rooms & offer laser procedures! I’m 1000% coming back for more, thank you to the staff for being so professional, kind & welcoming, we had a wonderful experience :)

I visited this place for the first time on my friend’s recommendation. The owner was extremely welcoming, which I truly appreciated. However, my actual haircut experience was very disappointing. Despite clearly mentioning that I did not want my hair cut short, the stylist went ahead and cut it much shorter. When I expressed my concern, instead of acknowledging it, I was told my hair was “heavy” and that the style looked this way because of “baby hair” on my face. Siwar has a fantastic touch and really paid attention to my specific needs, very kind and always smiling makes me feel at home.while Areena’s professionalism and warm energy added so much to the atmosphere.
