I had an amazing experience at this spa. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and very relaxing from the moment I arrived. The staff were professional, kind, and truly attentive to every detail. A special thank you to Madam Siwar for her exceptional care, kindness, and professionalism she made the experience even more enjoyable and comfortable Highly recommended and I will definitely be coming back❤️❤️❤️
My experience at omniscient wellness spa was amazing thanks to their amazing staff member Reenah!!!! She was extremely attentive, caring and very knowledgable! She took her time to explain everything and provided extra recommendation post body care. In addition, she has been amazing with scheduling and was always very punctual. Big appreciation and thanks to her for her service and patience!❤️ Highly recommend.
My friend and I were really looking forward to our visit to Omni Wellness for their 90-minute thermal experience, but unfortunately we left feeling quite disappointed. We had booked our session in advance from 3:00–4:30 PM. Upon arrival, the atmosphere felt rushed from the start, which isn’t ideal for a service that’s meant to be relaxing. This place is a haven!!! It’s exactly what Ottawa needed. I went with a friend for a woman’s only experience & it was amazing! So relaxing, such a gorgeous interior & everyone was so friendly! We also tried the cafe as well, their açai bowls are to die for! They also have a really nice salon, as well as cozy massage rooms & offer laser procedures! I’m 1000% coming back for more, thank you to the staff for being so professional, kind & welcoming, we had a wonderful experience :)
I arrived for my body contour appointment early. The reception had a hard time finding me. They had my last name wrong and my phone number. I had filled out their forms on line but was asked to fill out a medical form. I previously had a small spot of non malignant skin cancer treated successfully over a year ago and mild high blood pressure also under control.
