What an amazing day we had at this spa! We were greeted by name on arrival, shown to the lounge where we went over our plan, proceeded to massage/facial, then tried the detox steam pods, a light lunch in their cafe, followed by time in the thermal and cold plunge tubs and sauna. It was very quiet when we were there. We felt like we were treated like royalty! Max relax loved every minute and would highly recommend. Definitely a hidden gem! We will be back!
It was a failed experience and a waste of money. I took facial lifting sessions; the duration was 11 minutes for four sessions. It was all false advertising.
This is my favourite place ever. The staff is charming. Every services I have received here is elite and a five star experience. The spa is so clean and tidious. I love my experience so much that I opted for a membership. Treat yourself and do the same. Particularly in love with the results of RF so far and the deep tissue massage with RMT. The saunas and hot tubs/ cold plunge are lovely as well and usually very quiet which is a nice change form the other local spas. I arrived for my body contour appointment early. The reception had a hard time finding me. They had my last name wrong and my phone number. I had filled out their forms on line but was asked to fill out a medical form. I previously had a small spot of non malignant skin cancer treated successfully over a year ago and mild high blood pressure also under control. After much deliberations I was told I could not receive my treatment due to concern for my safety. In consultation with professionals I could have had my treatment
