This place is a haven!!! It’s exactly what Ottawa needed. I went with a friend for a woman’s only experience & it was amazing! So relaxing, such a gorgeous interior & everyone was so friendly! We also tried the cafe as well, their açai bowls are to die for! They also have a really nice salon, as well as cozy massage rooms & offer laser procedures! I’m 1000% coming back for more, thank you to the staff for being so professional, kind & welcoming, we had a wonderful experience :)
I had an amazing experience at this spa. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and very relaxing from the moment I arrived. The staff were professional, kind, and truly attentive to every detail. The whole experience felt like a scam and waste of money unfortunately. I was initially going for the face tightening facial which was supposed to be for 20-40 min but it wasn't even a facial. It was a kind of a radio-frequency heat treatment with a duration of 11 minutes. The specialist highly recommended that I do a lymphatic drainage facial and that she would customize it for my needs.
