So this is an interesting review because I actually bought my Omnidesk 6 years ago in Dec 2020. Its a Omnidesk Pro Wildwood Collection XL. Firstly I love this desk, its clean, stylish, the size is fantastic and 6 years later it still looks amazing. I'm very happy with my Omnidesk. It appears to be sturdy and made from high quality materials. It has greatly improved my workspace. Shipping was quick and the desk arrived mostly intact, however, one of the round adjustable feet had been damaged and required repairing. The desktop also had most of the holes pre-drilled, but unfortunately some were missing - likely just an oversight in the specific configuration I selected. Despite these hiccups the desk has been a welcome addition to the home.

Poor After-Sales Support & Unresolved Defect I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Omnidesk, mainly due to their lack of effective customer support and failure to resolve a product issue. After purchasing the desk, I encountered a serious problem with the height adjustment mechanism—it became stuck and completely unusable.
