For the amount spent on a desk you'd think they would reply to emails.
Omnidesk, you’ve been an absolute nightmare. Ordered a table top in October, got the wrong one, which you finally picked up. Agreed to a replacement—since then, complete silence. Emails ignored, calls unanswered, escalation team? Ghosted. It’s mid-December and I still have nothing. For a supposedly “reputable” company, this is beyond pathetic. Deliver my table or just give me my money back already!
I've had my Omnidesk since '22 and have not regretted my purchase for even a moment since then. The quality of the build is outstanding and the look premium. I'm leaving this review only now because I had need to speak with the customer service team about a minor technical issue however Haley was not only extremely prompt and personable, she managed to solve the issue with some remote trouble shooting amazingly fast.
Bought a desk that works great. Thought I had an issue with the lights turns out I just didn’t do something properly. The online help were amazing and fast to reply. 100% recommend!!!!!
This business refuses to take any form of accountability for consumer issues. They also don’t honour the 100 day trial period. Long story short I purchased a desk at the start of the year and to my surprise the desk has cheap varnish on it that is spotty in parts of the desk - I emailed them as soon as noticed it (within the 100 day period) they offered me a measly $170 out of a $1200 purchase or a different table top.
