If I could give zero stars, I would. The after-sales service from OmniDesk (Aftershock PC) has been an absolute nightmare. It's now been over 2.5 months of frustration, endless follow-ups, and complete lack of accountability. Their representative, Hayley, has been dragging the process with no clear resolution, barely responding to emails, and offering no proper customer support. Fantastic desk and stylish.
The desk (Pheasantwood / Large 153x76 cm / Straight) came reeking of mothballs (arent they toxic to humans???)! I've been trying to get rid of that smell for a whole week now, and the manual could be a bit more user-friendly with labels on the parts as well. At least the desk itself is sturdy and of good quality.
I purchased a desk over 10 days ago and it still hasn’t shipped…. I’ve requested my order to be cancelled and have been ghosted. Do not buy from here
Bought two Desk Pros, cable managements and pc mount. Loving the desks. A special shoutout to Hayley for her excellent communication and service (before and after!).
