Customer service do n ot halp for nothing i had a ticket for 10:30 am i let the station at 11;10 THE BUS NEVER ARRIVED, I called customer service and they gave 3 different scuses (from waithing for passagers from Atlanta, Trafic one told me that the bus was coming fronm the wrong direction , i ask for my Money back and they told me NO that money is not refundable . I ask for a supervisor they put me in hold and 10 minutes later they hang up on me, i called back and probably they had recognize my number and never pic... read more
this company is absolutely horrible! If you call in to ask a question, they just simply hang up on you and then won't pick up the phone when they see your number on caller ID. This is not the way Americans do business but seems to be the case in Mexico! I will be calling consumer affairs to report this company! I would give a zero star if i could!
